4. Payment Consent

  • Qubicc does not accept or process any payments on behalf of buyers or investors. All financial transactions, including booking amounts, installments, and final payments, are made directly to the respective builder or developer’s official account. We do not act as intermediaries for payments and do not hold any funds. Investors and buyers are advised to verify all payment details directly with the developer before making any transactions. Qubicc solely acts as a platform for promoting and suggesting investment opportunities and holds no responsibility for payment disputes or financial dealings.


5. Disclaimer of Ownership

  • Qubicc does not own any properties listed on our Platform; all properties are owned by third-party developers or sellers. Our role is limited to providing information about potential investment opportunities. Any transactions or agreements entered into are solely between you and the respective property owners or developers.


6. Disclaimer on Rental Income & Bookings
